Please review the following terms, conditions of sale and disclaimers carefully before using this web site. Our web site is offered to you under the condition that you accept, without modification, the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions of use.
Warranties and Disclaimers
A B Supply Company, Inc (herein referred to as A B Supply) does not express nor does it imply any warranties and it specifically makes no implications of warranties of merchantability for purpose. A B Supply is acting as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies, therefore limiting its liabilities to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer.
Where stated, the manufacturer and/or brand names reflect the brand and/or manufacturer products carried at the time of publication. A B Supply reserves the right to substitute a product with a comparable quality product when available and/or necessary based on market availability and conditions.
Hyperlinks
A B Supply has provided links on its website to various companies for your convenience. These links will launch Internet sites that are not under the control of A B Supply. A B Supply does not endorse any of the links provided on its site nor the contents, products, and/or services contained or offered on any linked site or sub-linked site. A B Supply also makes no representations or warranties whatsoever concerning the availability of, contents of, and sub-links of said sites. When registering for, ordering and/or purchasing services or products from any party that is linked to our site you will be entering an agreement with that third party and not A B Supply. Therefore it is your responsibility to review and understand the terms and conditions posted by the third party as well as its privacy policy before you register, order and/or purchase any product or service. A B Supply does not control the way third parties use and/or collect information nor do we control how they operate their business.
Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24-hours a day via email or fax. You may also call us during normal business hours, 7:30am EST – 4:30pm EST. Pending availability, orders will ship the next day, same day if the order is placed before 2pm EST.
You may request a Price Quote before placing an order to obtain pricing and availability. Simply state your request on the order form. You may also request an Order Acknowledgement in order to confirm pricing and availability.
We accept Mastercard and Visa only. If using a credit card, we suggest, for security purposes, you do not email your card information. Either FAX or call your credit card number, date of expiration, name on the card, and the billing address with your order.
Freight and Minimum Order Policy
A B Supply currently offers free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more within our normal area of operation (New England). Shipments outside of New England are subject to freight charges. All shipments will be sent out using UPS ground. Any other method of shipping is subject to customer payment. An alternative freight carrier may be used if necessary.
Items that we can not ship are as follows, and are not limited to, china (toilet tanks and bowls), sinks (kitchen, lavatory, bar), and vanity tops and bottoms. These items can be picked up at our warehouse during normal business hours. Orders for china, sinks and vanities totaling $300.00 or more may be scheduled for no charge delivery. Orders under $300.00 are subject to a delivery charge of up to $50.00 within Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
There is no minimum order, however all orders under $50.00 are subject to a processing fee of $5.00 as well as freight charges.
Back Orders
A B Supply does not automatically back order any item that is currently not in stock. We will provide you with our best estimate of when we expect the items to be back in stock at which time you may place a new order for that item.
Billing Procedures
For the convenience of our customers, A B Supply bills out all orders once they are complete. All invoices will be mailed to the customers once the order has shipped and been received.
Terms of Sale
All invoices are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. All payments are to be made payable to: A B Supply Company, Inc. and are to be mailed to the address listed on your invoice. Any customer that has a past due invoice is subject to finance charges, collection and or attorney fees. A B Supply reserves the right to ship orders COD and request money orders and/or bank checks when necessary.
Special Orders
Any items that are Special Orders (non-stocked items on a normal basis) are final sales. Any special order item that is to be returned is subject to a 30% restocking fee and inspection before credit is issued.
Merchandise Return Policy
In order to return an item, you must call A B Supply for a Return Request Authorization. Items must be returned within 30-days of purchase. All returned items are subject to inspection before credit is issued.
A B Supply reserves the right to issue Return Authorizations and reserves the right to accept and credit returned items.
Claims for Missing or Damaged Product
All claims for missing and/or damaged product must be made with 5 days of receipt of product. All original packing and boxes must be kept for inspection purposes. To initiate a claim call 800.787.2378.
Hours of Operation
A B Supply is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30am EST and 4:30pm EST. A B Supply observes major holidays during the year.
Privacy Statement
A B Supply Company does not sell or lease information on its customers to any third parties unless required to do so by law. We do maintain sales history on our customers for our internal use only. This information will not be published on the web site. | |
